To be honest I don’t fully get your question about the email reply, please elaborate a bit.
About PSR 970, well these styles should be compatible since the 970 is a step forward the 910 but why you do not try? And why are you asking about the cost? Just hit the download button and try the styles on your keyboard, they are FREE! 😀
