AROSAspire: nuova versione e cambio di nome.

AROSAspire è una distro di AROS ottimizzata per l'hardware del netbook Acer Aspire One. Dalla versione corrente, la 0.95, il sistema cambia nome diventando AspireOS. La versione 1.0 verrà rilasciata il mese prossimo in occasione di una fiera di informatica in Norvegia.

I have a new version today after the important fix from Deadwood that make OWB load pages much faster than before.
I have included a updated nice Dopus.config by myself.
New Scumm and latest GraphX2 with layers etc.. ported by Yannick with his great new SDL version.
Many new games too, compiled with latest SDL version from Cavemann etc.
I also now use classic way of opening windows etc. I even disabled decoration again, but if you want that you can edit startup-sequence and take away ";" before C:Decoration NIL:
Also new system files and some other imporvements.
I'm now at version 0.95 I plaing to release version 1.0 next month at a computer party in Norway.
I hope you have time to test it, even if you don't have ACER aspire one.

Comunque non sapevo dell'esistenza di questa distro, pensavo fossero soltanto 2 (Icaros Desktop e Broadway)

Beh, la nostra sorgente è amiganews.it che risale a amigaworld che risale ad aros-exec. Alla fine ci si arriva alla fonte, quindi direi che va bene così :auto-biker:

in realtà il chain linking è poco robusto perchè presuppone che tutti i link della catena rimangano validi.
Inoltre un utente che volesse direttamente risalire alla fonte primaria (aros-exec.org), magari per partecipare alla discussione sul sito di origine, sarebbe costretto ad attraversare tutta la catena sprecando tempo e banda.
Si tratta semplicemente di un'accortezza per migliorare l'esperienza utente :geek: :dance:

vi immaginate le risate!! :mrgreen:
Non penso che Acer si sia messa a fare questa distribuzione ma sarà stata la comunità Aros.
