Cortex Amiga Floppy Emulator: un mondo di floppy via USB per Amiga 500/600/1200

In pratica è un emulatore di disk drive Amiga, con porta usb, che si sostituisce al drive originale.
La nota dolente è che i tempi di caricamento del software saranno gli stessi come se si leggesse un dischetto normale amiga. La nota positiva è che si ha un mondo di floppy in una chiavetta usb ;D

esiste anche l'adattatore per collegarlo alla porta esterna del disk drive di Amiga, senza aprire quindi il computer piu' bello del mondo ;D ;D

Riguardo l'adattatore cito:

To use a Gotek drive attached to the adapter as a boot device you need Kickstart v2.0 or greater (Amiga models 500+, 600, 1200 or CD32) which will enable you to access the early boot menu by holding both mouse buttons down while starting the computer. In the early boot menu you will be able to select Df1: as the boot device. Please note that not all ADF files will boot from Df1: as they are programmed to boot from Df0: only."
quanto è il software "df0 only" che non andrebbe con l'adattatore? cioè quali titoli non funzionerebbero???
Cmq è decisamente meglio un adattatore "Ide to compact Flash" per via dei tempi di caricamento ridotti :P

Il prezzo sembra ragionevole, considerando che arriva dagli UK. Peccato che nel mio caso non me ne posso avvantaggiare.
